After 32 years as a P.E. teacher and College Lecturer, I retired in 1994, deciding to concentrate on developing my woodturning hobby. I began to exhibit publicly throughout Scotland and have now attended over 280 craft fairs, including major events such as the Royal Highland Show and the Scottish Gardening Show. My work and facilities have been assessed and approved so that I now belong to the Register of Professional Woodturners.
